Customers can choose to receive their invoices via e-mail or fax.
Desk side recycling containers at each working station.
All are encouraged to use the electronic reports instead of printed ones.
Monthly Newsletter is circulated electronically (saving 540 sheets of paper per month alone!).
Energy saving modes on copiers and computers.
Toner cartridge recycling.
Temperature and power reduction in all our installations each evening to save energy consumption.
Elimination of complimentary Styrofoam cups.
Scratch pads for employees cut from waste paper.
Invested in video-conferencing to link branch offices to reduce travel.
Get everyone involved, a GREEN office is a smarter office. Learn through seminars and other company’s best practices. Use eco-friendly companies as suppliers (be against child labour and wasteful processes). Ask employees for suggestions in making steps to go GREEN. Remember, bigger isn't always better :) Use only the resources you need!
